Hi, I’m Cris Rodriguez, and I’ve spent the last 20+ years mastering the art of running and scaling successful martial arts businesses.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who can participate in The 4 Week Playbook Method Course? School Owners and their Program Director and Head Instructor are all welcome to join.

I missed the Kick Off Live, can I still join? Absolutely! You can join the course anytime before March 4th.
What will be provided in the trainings? You will receive all necessary assets to have success with launching your Playbooks.

What if I can't make the live training? All sessions will be recorded and uploaded into our Facebook Group.

Are there any financial commitments I need to make beyond the initial $499? Yes, we recommend purchasing a Business Account with Loom.com which is $15 per month. If you already have a Zoom Pro Account, you will not need this.

Will this work for all styles of schools? Yes.
How long is each session? Each live training session will be approximately 60-75 minutes, including coaching, Q&A, and action steps.

Do I need any prior experience to take this course?
No prior experience is required! This course is designed for martial arts school owners and staff
who want a simple, repeatable system for documenting processes and improving team efficiency.

How much time will I need to commit each week?
Expect to spend 2-4 hours per week on the training, homework assignments, and implementation.
Will I get 1-on-1 coaching?
While this is a group coaching program, you’ll also receive support inside our private Facebook group.
How long will I have access to the course materials? You will have lifetime access to all course materials, recorded trainings, and templates.

What if I need extra support? The Facebook group is your go-to space for getting questions answered. Our team will also be actively monitoring to ensure you get the help you need.

What happens after the 4 weeks? By the end of the course, you’ll have a fully built Playbook System in place. The number of Playbooks you create is up to you. You’ll also have ongoing access to the materials so you can refine and scale your playbooks as your school grows.

What is the refund policy? Due to the digital nature of this course and immediate access to resources, there are no refunds once you enroll. However, we’re confident this system will deliver results if you put in the work!
